*FREE* Suicide Awareness and Prevention - Virtual training via Microsoft Teams
This FREE course is suitable for workers across services that come into contact with adults, families, children and young people.
More people worldwide die by suicide than by homicide or road accidents. In the UK, suicide continues to be the biggest killer of young men under 25, and the suicide rate of young women under 25 is now the highest level ever. Middle-aged men and women are most at risk of suicide and, overall, men are three times more likely to take their life. Suicide rates had been falling since 2013, they have risen again steeply since 2018.

2. Help you indentify those at risk of suicide
3. Look at what we know about suicidal thinking
4. Look at useful and practical ways to support those who may be feeling suicidal
