"Reducing Parental Conflict".
Two day course - Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 October 2019. Both days must be attended.
Target audience - Open to a wide range of front line practitioners, service designers or commissioners working in a variety of roles across the local authority and associated organisations.
Aims - This 2 day workshop will help explore the evidence base for parental conflict and it's impact on child development and outcomes. It will help explore the signs of parental conflict and how to recognise at the early stages in order to offer support to parents, enable practitioers to practice the skills of handling conversations with parents in conflict, using tools and tecniques that enable parents to resolve destructive conflict with positive outcomes and for the whole family.
